These chairs are very nice to look at. I love the sleek, feminine and modern design. I also love the velvety fabric. They were easy to put together. As far as comfort, the seat has plenty of cushion but if you’re a tall person (or if you’re a macho man) the backrest might not be high enough to support your back. I am 5’3, 140 lbs and that’s as low as I would go for my comfort. I can’t expect my 6’ 2” 280 lbs father in law to sit on these chairs comfortably for too long, lol. I guess these are more girly chairs but that’s what I was looking for. The metal legs are sturdy but make sure you add those wood protectors on the bottom of each leg if you have wood floors. Absolutely love the way these look! My husband and I put the pair together on my desk top in about 10 minutes. With the gold legs, they have just the right retro luxe vibe I was looking for and I am very pleased with how they turned out. I specifically ordered these because they had a little more height to the back, which I felt would give them a more substantial look. So, if you're shopping this style, look out for those that are lower backed - they may be cheaper, but they're not going to be as comfortable or practical. These were definitely a good value for the money!LOVE THESE CHAIRS! Sooo cute! Only reason I’m giving 4 starts is bc one of the drill holes where I needed to screw in a screw to connect the leg was not drilled all the way so i was unable to add the 3rd screw to attach one of the legs. But it tastes 3 screws to one leg so i just did the other two in hopes that’ll it’ll last!
