Assembly on a few of the chairs was challenging; holes did not line-up on two of six chairs. Was able to get assembled with brute force.Chairs are comfortable and look nice. Not the highest quality in terms of stability; but ok for the money.I really liked these chairs. 3 of the 4 were truly wonderful, 1 of the 4 we purchased was lopsided. It was just purely, simply missewn. I considered that defective, and it bothered me considering the price I paid for the chairs. I asked the seller to exchange one chair for another that wasn’t missewn, and the seller opted to process a return request without specifying for 1 or 4 chairs, and wanted me to pay return postage, which I didn’t feel I should have to do considering that I didn’t send a lopsided chair to myself. Quality control before shipping would have easily remedied the situation, and better communication. When I contacted Amazon, Amazon reviewed my case and refunded me without me even requesting a refund. Which was nice of them to see that this wasn’t my fault, but I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted an exchange. Honestly if this seller had better communication, and was willing to make right a defect without expecting a customer to pay the difference, I’d have been perfectly happy with this order. The chairs are comfortable and plush and sturdy. It’s a shame that I couldn’t get a reasonable exchange on the one defective chair, though. Disassembling the other three which are perfectly fine, packing them into a box, and returning the entire lot is a headache and a hassle I neither wanted nor expected when the seller could have made a simple exchange of one chair. This wasn’t my fault, and even with a refund having been sent, I’m still being made to pay in time and efforts on a return I didn’t want. I just wanted an exchange. Replacing 1 chair would have been much easier on me than dealing with 4. All I can figure is this seller didn’t see my issues with the workmanship as valid and I guess wanted me to feel inconvenienced as he must feel. I don’t recommend a purchase from this vendor for that alone.These chairs are classy. We’ve remodeled recently and we haven’t assemble these chairs yet but they appear to be easy to do. My husband is a large guy and we needed a chair for him. These have a weight capacity of 500#, so we thought they will work. Love the look.They are perfect for my table. We are moving and modernizing the decor, and this complimented this table very well. You can feel the springs in the chair with your hand, but they are comfortable otherwise. They took me about an hour to assemble all four chairs alone, but really simple. I thought they were missing the legs and the assembly parts, but realized they were tucked into the bottom of the seats. (Clever)Looking for chairs to replace the overly heavy cast iron dining room chairs I have had for years and I needed them to be sturdy like the cast iron, but not ridiculously heavy like the old ones were. If they could also be comfortable, great! Well these chairs tick every box. While entertaining a few guests at a BBQ I had several guests go out of their way to compliment the chairs. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and stylish!Bought this 4 pack for the family dining table. 300-lb family members have sat in them with total comfort. They are very sturdy, and the instructions for them are fairly clear and easy to follow.I purchased a cheaper set (half the cost) 2 years ago and needed to replace them only a year later. I am happy to say that this set is holding up much better.Supposed to be able to handle overweight people, but they're more narrow than I expected and the legs are already loosening up after only about a month. They get really uncomfortable after sitting in them about an hour.Perfect for a little area we had that was awkward and no other furniture fit. They are not the most comfortable but that’s ok I didn’t expect them to be. Overall they were a good buy.
