Totally satisfied with purchaseWhat I like is the easy assembly, the wood, the height and color. What I don't like is it is sturdy, but a little wobbly (as it it moves a little side to side like a twist motion)to the table part like I didn't tightened it enough. The base is sturdy and the chairs are too. My baby boy is 4 and 43lbs. Hubby 300lbs. Myself 280 lbs. It holds us just fine. The table was super easy to assemble. The chairs took some time due to all the screws. Total it took 30 mins a chair. 20 mins for table. I struggled to get the table up by myself you may need help to turn it upright, I was just impatient to wait for hubby to come home from work. TIP: I used my electric hand drill for the screw that goes in the leg with the wooden little pole. I did not hand screw those in impossible to do.You will need a chair padding if your booty is not tough..lol. My hubby said he needs a pad. I don't think so but I will look for some.I found that putting the chair back, between my legs (top down) and resting the chair seat on my knee, allowed me to easily clamp the two pieces together with one hand while installing the short bolts to finger tight with the other hand, worked well for me. Do Not Tighten any of the bolts or screws too much (you can use the allen wrench but use the short leg for a handle so you don't get them too tight). Don't over tighten anything yet, because when the chair is fully assembled, you will place it on a flat floor, sit on the chair and wiggle it a bit. Get up and gently test the chair for NO wobble. when you are satisfied that it is not wobbly, lay on the floor and tighten the bolts and screws. I did the back ones first and then the front ones and lastly the phillips screws in the rungs. The long and short bolts go it the back of the seat. Put the rungs into the leg holes before assembling the front legs to the chair. After finger tightening the medium bolts into the chair, start the phillips screws and screw them in until they are 1 or 2 turns from tight. Then after you've finished tightening all the bolts (this time using the long leg of the allen wrench for a handle) tighten the phillips screws in the rungs. Avoid using a different allen wrench so you don't apply too much torque to the inserts in the wood and risk pulling them out.I like the compact size. Just right for a kitchen set.Assembly was easy and the quality is really good. I really like the color also!Two Chairs came in one box. The Assembly procedures were different for for each box. In fact the chairs in one box were more difficult to assemble than in the other box due to the construct of the kitsI like this set very much, but I'm sorry to report that after about 1 year of use, a chair that has been used exclusively by my 30-pound toddler who sits in a booster seat that is fastened to the chair is now broken. I've tried to repair it with wood glue more than once, but this doesn't last and now the chair is unstable and unusable. As a family of 4, this puts us in a bind.This table is exactly what they say it is. It was delivered with no damage and all the parts. It made from good wood not cheap particle board and it looks great. Leafs work perfectly. Only draw back to putting it together with the tools supplied would be cumbersome. You can put it together but it will be a slow roll. I used my own ratchet, Allen wrench, and Phillips head. It took me about 2 hours to complete the table and four chairs and I am not a handy man.
